Surrendering a Pet
Southern Pines Animal Shelter is an open admission shelter accepting surrenders of owned pets and strays from a 14-county area. Southern Pines operates under an appointment based surrender system in order to manage the intake of animals and reduce unnecessary shelter euthanasia.  Please click below for more information on surrendering a pet or to contact our surrender counselor by phone or email.
